ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY:-
The Terms and Conditions contained herein form a binding Contract regulating your use of the ‘My Account’ and/or ‘Bill Pay’ sections of the website user.instanetvasai.com. These Terms and Conditions shall apply in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions laid down in the CRF (Customer Relationship Form) signed between You and Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and terms not defined herein shall bear the meaning assigned to them under the CRF. Your usage of this section will be deemed an acceptance of the terms existing at the time of such usage.
“This Section” means the ‘My Account’ and/or ‘Bill Pay’ section of the official website of Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., user.instanetvasai.com.
“Instanet transaction ID” means the transaction ID generated by Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at the time of making online payment(s), including online payment(s) through credit card/net banking account(s) in this section, as indicated in the online receipt(s) for your online payment(s).
“You / Your” means and includes the Customer (as defined in the CRF) and/or any person authorized by the Customer, using or accessing the services provided in this section.
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding Contract. You shall not use this section if you are not competent to enter into a contract under the applicable laws.
In order to use this section, online registration is required. You must be a Customer and/or a person authorized by the Customer in order to register. The information you provide in the CRF must be complete and accurate. Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
When choosing a password, a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 characters must be used without any spaces. It is advisable not to use obvious dictionary words, consecutive numbers, letters, or personal information. You are responsible for the security and proper use of your username and password and for all transactions undertaken using them. It is your responsibility to change your password immediately if you believe it has been compromised. Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience, or mental agony resulting from misuse of your username, password, and/or credit card/net banking account details.
You shall take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized and illegal use of this section and/or the official website user.instanetvasai.com.
The facility for online payments through credit card/net banking accounts is available for select cards and banks only.
This section is programmed to log out automatically. Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused due to such disconnection.
When making any online payments through your credit card/net banking account, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway page. The Payment Gateway may redirect you to websites maintained or controlled by third parties (“non-Instanet websites”). Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not control these websites and shall not be responsible for any transactions on such non-Instanet websites. The company disclaims all warranties related to performance, security, stability, or non-infringement of third-party website content.
You are requested to use the Instanet transaction ID for all queries made to the Instanet helpline regarding online payments made through your credit card/net banking account.
Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner for online payments made by you through your credit card/net banking account. The company shall not be liable if payment is refused or declined by the concerned bank due to incorrect details or other reasons. Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for authentication of your payment details.
Your registered account and/or bill account will be credited with the amount entered by you at the time of making the transaction. Any incidental or ancillary expenses charged by the bank or payment service provider will not be credited. For clarity, if you select an amount of ₹1,000, your account will be credited with ₹1,000 only, irrespective of transaction charges, if any.
Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any issues pertaining to online payments including, but not limited to, excess charges, double debit, invalid card details, authentication failures, or incidental charges. All such grievances must be addressed directly with your bank or payment service provider. The Instanet helpline will not entertain such grievances.
If the bank or payment service provider declines payment, Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall be under no obligation to notify you. You should verify payment status directly with your bank.
You agree and confirm that the payment details provided by you are correct, accurate, and lawfully owned by you.
You understand and agree that Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute between you and your bank or payment service provider.
Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any payment not reaching the intended registered account due to an incorrect customer ID provided by you.
The company accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
No refund shall be payable under any circumstances, including cancellation of any subscribed tariff plans.
Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to this section, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. You are advised to review them regularly by accessing the “Terms & Conditions” link on user.instanetvasai.com.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, or monetary losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of user.instanetvasai.com, this section, or related services. This clause shall survive termination or expiry of this Contract.
Liability of Instanet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. under any applicable law shall be limited to the amount paid by you for use of this section.
Every transaction reversal will attract transaction reversal charges as levied by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.
