*Standard installation charges of ₹1,000 apply for Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly Plans.

*For speeds above 40 Mbps, customers are advised to use a Dual-Core Gigabit Router.

*All prices listed are inclusive of 18% GST.

*ITPL does not provide routers. Customers must arrange their own compatible router.

*NEFT payment is accepted only for new connection requests.

*The GPON-ONU device installed at customer premises remains the property of ITPL.

*ITPL reserves the right to retrieve the ONU if the service is disconnected.

*If the ONU is damaged at the customer’s premises, the cost of replacement will be charged to the customer.
